How to see current details of computer

In windows Vista/7/8 right click on computer and select properties

Now  Properties window of computer will display

Here you can easily change 3 details with Windows Customizer, Which are

•   Manufacture name
•   Manufacture Logo
•   Manufacture Website

With Windows Customizer you can also change icons of your drive like following showing
